Robert Calvey — Clustering: Missing Areas

[Stephen FCA] We have started doing research on customer’s expectation on drowsy driving. We are asking questions like what feedback do they want to receive? What would give them incentive? What certain things will enhance drowsiness? (Routine route) (Mundane everyday drive/Exciting different route) (Environmental factors. Radio. Ambient noise. Time of day. Weather. Speed) (Highway vs. lots of turns) Having a 'copilot'.
