Chelsea Soderholm created a new goal:

Mini Retrospective 11.18.2015 Since last week we have made the appearance of out deliverable more "attractable” to our clint. We have switched over to a power point representation in order to allow a step by step picture process of how to set up a critique on loft. We believe it is a very simple and clear step by step process. We need to work on finding ideas of how to distribute this power point to the roo students in the long run. We need to come of with a reasonable way that we can get this power point distributed to the students in order for them to be able to utilize it and in turn maximize their critique abilities.

Stand for Wednesday, Nov 18

What’s your sprint goal for this week?
Our sprint goal for this week is to find the best test subject in order to have the best end results for our final deliverable. We are going to e-mail the northwestern head chapter leads and ask if we can stop by their meeting on Wednesday nights.
Are you on track to achieving your sprint goal?
Yes
What specific progress have you made toward the goal since last stand?
We have met with Dan a couple of times and have designed a page that works with our critiquing project and also have been able to create a video in order to help our audience know how to set up a critique.
What will you achieve between now and the next stand?
We will get in touch with a test subject at attend the Northwestern Roo chapter meeting.
What obstacles are in the way of achieving your sprint goal? Who do you need to talk to or what will you do to overcome these obstacles?
The biggest thing we may run into is making sure one of us can attend the meeting on Wednesday night. The last time we attended we realized that all of us except one couldn’t attend, so hopefully it works out that one of us still can.

Mini Retrospective 11.8.15: After our midpoint client presentation, we have a good understanding of where to go moving forward. We have edited our format and content rubric guidelines, reworking the format section to be a checklist, rather than a combination of checklist and longer required responses. We know that this week we want to work on Loft and with Dan to give Roosevelt a tutorial/example of what the critique will look like Loft. Brenna wants a product to show what it really truly look like, rather than a word document explaining what you will do when you edit of Loft. We are unsure of how to incorporate our own Critique questions from our guide and perform a sample critique session.

Stand for Wednesday, Nov 4

What’s your sprint goal for this week?
Our spring goal for this week is to start creating a visual representation on Loft of the critique process, incorporating our first deliverable (critique guidelines). We want to show what it will look like when they start the process.
Are you on track to achieving your sprint goal?
Yes
What specific progress have you made toward the goal since last stand?
We have learned that word documents are insignificant unless visual representation on Loft exists as well. Dan has also helped us set up a guide page on Loft that we can utilize to show this
What will you achieve between now and the next stand?
We will meet with Dan to create assignments on our page and create a sample critique on Loft.
What obstacles are in the way of achieving your sprint goal? Who do you need to talk to or what will you do to overcome these obstacles?
We need to find the clearest way of showing all the steps of a critique on Loft. Talking with Dan and Matt will help.

Hey Team - I created a guide for you, but there's nothing in it for now. You'll need to tell me how to set it up tomorrow in terms of what activities you want etc.

Mini Retrospective 10.28.15: We are still working on understanding what exactly Brenna is looking for us to deliver. We received some great feedback this week during our session and have decided to go ahead with creating a video about how to set up a feedback/critique session on Loft. We are still working on iterating our Critique Guide to give editors more concrete steps on how to give feedback. We have a meeting with Brenna upcoming tomorrow and one of the things she suggested we think about beforehand is the type of feedback we find most helpful when we write papers. After our meeting with Brenna tomorrow I think we will have a narrowed scope and more clear direction going forward.

Stand for Wednesday, Oct 28

What’s your sprint goal for this week?
Our sprint goal for this week is to create visual representation for our learners of how to set up a critique on loft. We also want to meet with Brenna Conway to make sure we are continuing to meet her requests.
Are you on track to achieving your sprint goal?
Yes
What specific progress have you made toward the goal since last stand?
We have reached out to Brenna and scheduled a meeting time on Thursday. Additionally, we have learned that our users want a critique template with instructions on how to comment on critiques.
What will you achieve between now and the next stand?
We will create a video of how to create a critique on loft and discuss our plans for creating a visual template of critiques.
What obstacles are in the way of achieving your sprint goal? Who do you need to talk to or what will you do to overcome these obstacles?
Meeting with Brenna and talking through our ideas will help us move forward.
