Stand for Wednesday, Oct 28

What’s your sprint goal for this week?
Finalize Goals and Assessments based on the feedback from Dan, as well as finalize the 4CID Blueprint.

Set up project test with Client.
Are you on track to achieving your sprint goal?
Yes
What specific progress have you made toward the goal since last stand?
We finished the value proposition and uploaded it to our Master Design Document. Along with that, we have received feedback on our Goals and Assessments, from Dan, and are currently working on revising them to align with our Skills Hierarchy.

Also, we completed a small test (in class), with our first Deliverable, and are working to adapt it to best fit our application (which is still being modified). Our current positioning is "informing" studio leads on the agile project management tool that we are using, in that of Stands, and providing them with enough background to "buy-in," and use it with their design teams.
What will you achieve between now and the next stand?
1. We will have met with Rob, and discussed the current status of our project, as well as the new scope of our project.
2. Complete the goals, assessments, and skills hierarchy
3. Prepared our presentation for Monday
What obstacles are in the way of achieving your sprint goal? Who do you need to talk to or what will you do to overcome these obstacles?
We need to complete a new test of our deliverable with a new user. Our main obstacle will be communicating this weekend, seeing as we will be in different locations.
