Hey team 6! Stacy from DFA National here to provide some feedback on your process pack =)
- Thanks for explaining the symptoms of 'damage to your nervous system' - it makes it more real
- Really like how you give so much background info and then highlight the most important things. I'm assuming you're going to do something about this sensation we have with our limbs in space since you're highlighting it over the other opportunity areas ...
- I'm not sure what I'm supposed to be learning from your slide that outlined stakeholders ... LOVE it however - shows you truly thought of and empathized with all stakeholder perspectives! - maybe just highlight a key learning that adds to your story.
- Yay and you are tackling what you led the audience towards. This problem (finding and enhancing sensations) is soooo interesting! Great opportunity area.
- In explaining this direction - the most important sentence is the last one. Walking without watching her feet. That's the REAL problem you're solving. Amazing. Love it. So tangible, so narrow and approachable, and it seems like Caroline would really benefit from it. GREAT!
- Prototype pics!!! My heart is happy. I wish there was a one sentence overview of what this prototype is generally before you got into the details of it. Also is this the first thing you all thought of? What other ideas did you consider before prototyping this one out? Why did you decide to mock this up? I'm gathering these you could see in your peripheral without actually watching. That's one way to not watch your feet - but there are other ways ...
- Same note above about the vibration prototype - a general description of what the whole prototype is needed. Love you're considering vibration and lighting. Sketches are beautiful.
- Overall, GREAT problem to solve - one of my favorites I've seen in DFA - and you're on the tracks I assumed you'd try out first - lights and vibration. I'm excited for you to test and get into which would be best or what combination of both or maybe throw out a wild idea!
