Hey team! This is CC from DFA National. The UC leads asked National to give feedback to yall's Process Packs before final presentation. Let me know if you want any clarification of my feedback or have any questions. Great work so far!

Like
- Like how you listed out your original HCWs.
- Like how picture heavy the later slides were!
- The colors made the slides look clean overally. #nice
- The material inspiration was cool. It was even cooler that yall made a low-fidelity mockup and tested with it :)

Wish
- The 4 paragraphs under main Interview insights were hard to read. What were the importance of it?
- Wish HCW, MOS, and Design Goals page were clearer.
- Wish you actually explained your solution or made it clear that the sketches are 3 concepts.
- Wish the story of Mike’s interaction with your prototype was smoother as well. I wasn’t really sure what he was doing in the pictures.

Change
- MOS are end results that indicate if your idea have made an impact in your user’s lives. Instead of asking questions, I’d think of specific measures that will show how you’ve answered the questions. #tryagain Check out these examples!
- Close-up pictures for the actual prototype would be great. The last picture from behind his shoulders would be helpful to see what’s being opened and where cards go etc.

Questions
- What are you trying to show with the pictures under the original HCW’s?
- What are your next steps for this project?
