Retro for Monday, Jul 11

Marcos C Schneider

What are we doing well?
Our workspace is working for us! We have fun! We divide and conquer more effectively now. We take stands more seriously and do better work as a result.

What are we doing less well?
We may not be going as quickly as we need to (sort of). Don't plan out as much of our day as we should. Post lunch velocity is sluggish at best.

What measurable changes will we make to improve?
Make our stands more detailed (listing times for tasks). Schedule breaks in the afternoon.

Yes

What is our biggest confusion(s) or blocker(s)? Who or what might be able to help us?
Keep telling ourselves we don't have enough information, could get stuck in research. Our coaches can help us determine us think through what we need to learn.

Are we on track to complete our sprint goal?
No

What is our biggest confusion(s) or blocker(s)? Who or what might be able to help us?
We are having difficulty reaching out to user families. We should increase the amount of people we are reaching out to as well as try to reach out to connect with families ourselves.
