Are we on track to complete our sprint goal?
Yes

What is our biggest confusion(s) or blocker(s)? Who or what might be able to help us?

Hey Team -- I saw that you were doing a few How Can We statements.

I would check out how DFA suggests doing HCWs: https://loft.io/guide/dfa/design/reframe/define-how-can-wes/

I think that this might a) help you define your problem, and b) make you realize _what_ you might need to find more about.

Jonathan Hoffman

What are we doing well?
Communicating openly (transparency)
Research setup
Stopping ourselves in check (doing research at the right pace, and not limiting possible solutions)
Everybody makes sure we're on track
We've developed roles as a team (we communicated our skills a bit and then let our group dynamic form itself)
We plan every day up to the next afternoon, and plan our tasks well
And we stick to these plans well
We are good about keeping our mental health in tact, taking breaks
Organic migration between tasks

What are we doing less well?
Limited communication with community member, probably send a followup email after the first meeting
Making sure everyone does the same amount of work
Actually have the weekly meetings talking about complaints
Actually pairing off to do work 2 by 2
Being open to new information and seeing the problem more broadly
Be more deliberate in understanding each other (a little bit, we do that alright, but sometimes we struggle with speaking/understanding)
We need to be certain to do everything we need to do

What measurable changes will we make to improve?
Dedicate a section of our board to listing our to-do's
Send a followup email the day after meeting with the client
Actually have the weekly meeting about team behavior, and plan out the structure of that meeting
