We had a great event. We had made great progress on the research, just had to put all the research together. We also ended up having a great prototyping event yesterday. 12 people showed up and our client came to see our 5 concepts and choose one they really liked. We prototyped the idea there with paper and stickies and then I created a cleaner paper prototype for people to get feedback and test.

Good to hear the event went well and you all had both members and client at the event. I would love to know what were some of the significant insights and findings you all have found from the research. And what were the How Can We statements that helped you all ideate to create concepts?
Hey team. Thanks for the update. I'm glad the team got to meet so many different businesses and understand the needs and challenges of them. What are the next steps? Are the interviews happening this week or have they happened already? Who are the interview subjects?
Also - for the future, I'd appreciate if you all could quickly summarize what happened in the past week and goals for the next weeks. My goal is to get an accurate understanding of where the team is at to provide any resources or feedback to help you reach your goals!

Hi Catherine, little challenged on that part. We were a little late on getting the names, so looks like we're a little off our time line. Perhaps I'll send you an email.
I have added some pictures and videos of the walking tour; I am sure they are still a few that needed to be uploaded. If you have not done so yet, please add your videos/photos to the 'Files' tab, if you need help, please reach out to Kamal or me. I have also uploaded a word document on some notes I took during the walking tour. I would suggest others do the same so we can continue to have a single place to keep all these documents.

Hi team! Nice to meet you virtually. Looking forward to supporting y’all throughout the new studio launch process.
Seems like setting up interviews with clients are a big goal for your team and it’s also taking some time. While you all are waiting for the client meeting to finalize, maybe think of what other things the team could do to prepare for interviews would be helpful. I’ve attached our interview and observation resource below.
Hope the walking tour happens soon! Would love to hear things the team observed that were interesting.

Here’s an example of an update that shows the process and the purposes behind the activities. The update can be less detailed than this team!
“We’re proud of our results from our observations and user interviews. From our observations and user interviews at the Wabash river and surrounding area, we came to the insights that: The majority of people that walk and hang around on the pedestrian bridge are completely unaware of the pollution around them and how it is caused, they have an idea of where the pollution could possibly be coming from but are not entirely sure…
In the next week, we will continue to conduct more user interviews until we are confident enough with the results. We should have user interviews done by Wednesday. After that, we will work on the reframing step of the process by defining measures of success and how can we statements focusing on education and awareness.”
