We visited IC and learned about the services that the users use IC for.

We started prototyping and we went to IC.

Yes, we had prototypes and a site visit.

Hopefully get feedback and reach out to places that Amy gave us. Look at pamphlets from other organizations.

We mapped out ideas for prototypes, created a survey for our users and got feedback during Crit!

Still no, but we had two calls organized that went unanswered and have a call scheduled for next week

We learned that 10% of Evanston residents are at risk or are homeless.
What else has our team accomplished that we are proud of since last meeting?
We've set up phone interviews with orgs & have better synthesized our information.

No.

Have a site visit organized/ completed.
What are the major obstacles stopping us from achieving our goal by next meeting, and how will we resolve them?
Our own busy schedules :(

Nothing- still trying to access users.
What else has our team accomplished that we are proud of since last meeting?
We've contacted lots of organizations and started brainstorming.

Not able to contact users, but we got some responses from organizations.

Have a site visit organized/ completed.

Responses from organizations/ time availability.
Resolve: repetitively calling and visiting closer sites.

Whoops! We've been forgetting to update Loft & are currently between meetings.

Things that are going well: We've done a phone interview with our community partner and have conducted online research.

Things that could be better: We've emailed ~20 organizations around Evanston/ Chicago. We've researched the services they offer, but now really need to talk directly to users. Inspiration Corp. has been pretty flexible with offering times for us to come in, but the available time hasn't been working well with the team's class schedule. We're now trying to get in touch with places in Evanston so we can get to users asap.

First meeting today! We spent the time getting to know each other and our goals for the project. We have a phone call with our community partner on Friday to learn more about their challenges.

Goal for next meeting: share 3-5 things learned from online research (about similar programs, specific IC challenges, etc.) More specific research to come next week.

Current Obstacle: Matching NU schedules and IC schedules to set up a site visit. (But we're working on it!)
