- What did we learn about our user(s) since last meeting?
- We found out the virtual capabilities that will limit the interactive features of our design through speaking with our client.
- What else has our team accomplished that we are proud of since last meeting?
- We reviewed all of our potential features of the website with our client to gain feedback that directed us toward finalizing the features that we will incorporate.
- Did you meet last meeting's goal(s)? What goal(s) did your team not meet?
- Yes. We were able to speak with our client about our features and decided upon which we are going to include. In doing so, we were able to cross off some of the more difficult features to program into a website, which has led us to no longer need a third party to create the website.
- What is our team's specific and measurable goal by next meeting?
- To write a few books to use on the website and write out the information that will be included in the activities of the website.
- What are the major obstacles stopping us from achieving our goal by next meeting, and how will we resolve them?
- Some of the tasks can be time consuming so it may be an obstacle. We will focus on the more easily accomplished tasks that can be done in an efficient and timely manner.

- Not much because we did brainstorming today, and synthesized last meeting
- What else has our team accomplished that we are proud of since last meeting?

- Did you meet last meeting's goal(s)? What goal(s) did your team not meet?

- Finding time with the client (but that is set up) -- so far, we are making good progress
1. We had two more site visits and performed online research and proceeded to come up with the following key insights:
- Kids like attention - more willing to write if someone notices them
- Kids love interactive reading stuff
- Kids give up easily with writing
- Parental engagement and background is a huge factor in children's success
- Commercialized characters are good because of the familiarity to the characters
- Kids like reoccurring characters in books
2. We bonded, perfected the groupme, and narrowed to 3-5 HCW's.
3. Yes. We met all of our previous meeting's goals, and went beyond by completing two site visits and online research.
4. Set up a call with our client to review and gain feedback on our HCW's. We plan on ideating next meeting.

1. We learned about the obstacles and positives of applying the SitStayRead model to children at home:
Obstacles:
Children don’t have access to book
First and second graders are not independent
Children gave up on writing tasks when confused
Needs a facilitator
Positives:
Very structured
Dogs create memorable experience
Energetic volunteers to get kids involved
Trust factor with dog
Lack of pressure with dog
2. That we synthesized a sequence diagram on Sunday, and that we brainstormed 4 user research plans that we are actually going to do in the coming weeks.
3. Yes, and did even more than we expected woot woot
4. To synthesize our 2 site visits, and identify 3-5 insights (real ones)
5. We are terrific -- our groupme name is subpar and is leading to some group conflicts
