Nice set if interview questions, too. Be sure to spend some time with "getting to know you" questions so that you can get a baseline of who you are talking to before diving into heavy stuff like "Who informs the family/coworkers/boss?" You may also want to find ways to politely ask about specific events or instances, rather than asking about broad generalities. Looking forward to hearing how your interviews go!
