Kelly D'Angelo

What are we doing well?
We discussed this as a team- we feel confident that we are on the right track, both in deliverable, as well as how we are working as a team.

What are we doing less well?

What measurable changes will we make to improve?

What are we doing well?
- Communication
- Delegating tasks , especially in consideration of interest and skills
- Gathering information and data that is meaningful
- Getting assignments finished on time
- Timekeeping- less time spent meeting/time spent in meetings is efficient
- Mingze is doing great as decision maker- also thinks we can both make decisions (she decided this!)

What are we doing less well?
-Time Management (for meetings)
---What we'll do- Kelly- Needs to improve on having an agenda
---How we'll know--- If we finish all tasks within the designated time, we will know the items and time allocation are accurate

-Time Management (for Sprints of 2 weeks)
--What we'll do- Use the "Current reality/future reality" to understand where we are and where we want to and need to be within 2 weeks. Using the information in this table, we will plan out our time for the coming 2 weeks .
--How we'll know-- We deliver, in the next client session, our best quality deliverable, in the most effective manner.

- Delivery of presentation
---What we'll do--- Use our Friday 1 pm meeting time to practice our presentation- who will speak when, how much time spent on areas of presentation
---How we'll know--- If we finish our presentation within time, while still presenting all the material we wanted to present. Following presentation, team members will do a debrief to reflect on how presentation went and how rehearsal can be improved.

What measurable changes will we make to improve?
Incorporated in above.

What are we doing well?
Our approach towards time management and deadlines. MEASURE- Getting work done before time- Friday at 1 pm must be done to allow time for reflection and revision.

Sharing and delegating tasks, as relevant to members’ skills and interests

Communication- Slack

What are we doing less well?
Feedback during meetings
Plan- Ask a specific team member what he or she thinks
Timekeeping
Plan- Set timers and goals during meetings
Plan- Kelly resume meeting agendas and team can modify as see fit
Discussion/Decision
Plan- Going to take no more than “x minutes” and if we go over, we will do “y”
Plan- Roles and responsibility-
MEASURE- ROLE- Assigned Mingze as decision maker- try for one week and reevaluate next week
ROLE- Kelly- meeting agendas (mark as information, discussion, decision)
ROLE- Decision maker determines what time allocations are and defaults
MEASURE- reevaluate within one week to determine how effective 1) role designation is 2) how well we are functioning in these roles

What measurable changes will we make to improve?
Included in the well and doing less well
