Are you on track to achieving your sprint goal?
Yes
What specific progress have you made toward the goal since last stand?
Deniz - did blueprint, talked to Rob, looked at videos and made comments
Joey - finished graphic for design process + goal-setting, fixed graphic in master design doc
Lauren - user interview with Monisha that went super well, Loft understanding is awesome; revamped goal-setting workshop for beginning of year activity to integrate an activity
Sarah - coaching call, post workshop timeline, answering, watched videos, brainstorm condenstation terms, made some VPs, 10 minute
Ellen - made some comments on docs, watched videos
Ava - blueprint
What will you achieve between now and the next stand?
Joey - need more feedback
Lauren - enough time to finish the goal-setting PPT so that it is pretty; interview with Meziah, Chrystie and Cindy
Ava - finalizing everything so that they are presentable

What’s your sprint goal for this week?
Ava - team working well, we have a better idea of how to approach final critique
Ellen - team doing well
Lauren - last week was not great because we did not get that much done due to difficult circumstances
Joey - just not as productive last week
Ava - doing good, conflicts will help us move forward
Sarah - just don't lose motivation

What specific progress have you made toward the goal since last stand?
Ava - looked at the BuzzFeed activity, added comments to feedback session
Ellen - conducted interviews w/ DFA members as well as with the studio leads
Lauren - worked with Ellen
Joey - just helped to understand Matt's discussion
Deniz - started a new service blueprint with post-its
Sarah - worked on MDD, looked over coaching call
What will you achieve between now and the next stand?
Ava - helping with presentation and synthesis
Ellen - need to set up interviews for the last week, update the interview chart, work on the three column format of interviews
Lauren - have another interview today, need to watch videos before the interview with more pointed questions; determine whether we NEED to interview
Joey - improve the MDD appearance, format videos for DFA
Deniz - potentially make changes to the coaching call, should test this
Sarah - work on coaching call, MDD
What obstacles are in the way of achieving your sprint goal? Who do you need to talk to or what will you do to overcome these obstacles?
Ava - watching the video and getting things to Rob on time; to get feedback
Ellen - challenges
Lauren - not being able to figure out what a follow-up session would be, not having enough time to do what we had
Joey - time management with other projects, general motivation
Deniz - just get back to DFA and follow-up to make sure we're on the same page
Sarah - losing motivation, getting help on the MDD

Change MDD to be in value proposition for each level, communicate with DFA more
Deniz - follow up with DFA National
Ava - help Deniz with coaching call, watch video, and do synthesis for UC Davis
Ellen & Lauren - make sure interviews will happen, do interview with all of the leads, change the insights into a clearer format
Joey - fix master design doc images

Deniz: feels better about the teamwork, might be more helpful to organize specific times when things are going to be seen

What specific progress have you made toward the goal since last stand?
Ava - worked on Sprint 3 Demo Deck with Deniz, need more feedback
Sarah - updating master design document
Joey - made the how-to profile PDFs
Ellen - wrote up summaries for interviews with Lauren, excited about the workshop, gave feedback on decks, added interview summaries to the master design document
Deniz - DFA liasioning, worked on the Sprint 3 Demo
What will you achieve between now and the next stand?
Ava - work on Sprint 3 Demo Deck some more to prepare for Wednesday, also have to plan for Sprint 4
Sarah - update master design document in time for Sprint 3, use insights after the workshop
Joey - do a keynote for our Sprint 3 Demo, make infographics for that
Ellen - do post-workshop reflections, interview another team member, prepare for demo, user research team will test workshop with people (Northwestern, Dan, other DFA members)
Deniz - recommend coaching call FAQ that is quick and dirty 1 to 2 pages, see if they use it at all; check invitee list and send reminders about our demo on Wednesday
What obstacles are in the way of achieving your sprint goal? Who do you need to talk to or what will you do to overcome these obstacles?
Ava - make sure Demo is finalized in enough time to not be stressed
Sarah - pinpoint specific changes
Joey - hard to balance with other commitments of getting a job, check in with the team
Ellen - nervous that the workshop might not go as well as they thought it would go during the interview, how do we need to format the interview summaries (3 columns like Matt said?)
Deniz - do we want the insights from DFA national in the master design document, would need help writing that

Make a PPT for Meziah and UC Davis to use to run a studio meeting

Lauren - e-mailed three interview subjects; they can all meet on Friday at same time; we're going to run PPT by them; figured out arrows
Ellen - same as Lauren
Joey - fixed little design stuff
Sarah - turn our lesson plan into ppt
Deniz - worked on lesson plan and added goal content on UC Davis Studio
Ava - added goal content on UC Davis Studio, almost all done, added comments to PPT
What will you achieve between now and the next stand?
Lauren - share PDF with three interview people, get their feedback about implementing it in the studio; summarize it and share; put it together for presentation
Ellen - figure out interview questions, send an e-mail to Meziah to send to her studio before the studio session
Joey - make "how to make a profile deck", probably very short
Sarah - update master design document, make PPT changes if Sameer
Deniz - talk with Rob and Stacy about goal-setting PDFs
Ava - help with others' tasks

To create and the test goals on-boarding PDF with Meziah and Cindy
Are you on track to achieving your sprint goal?
Yes
What specific progress have you made toward the goal since last stand?
Ava: helped on the PDFs, looked at interviews briefly
Lauren: conducted interview with Cindy; one with Meziah; Cindy has great understanding of LOFT now but with nitty-gritty critiques about arrows and homepage; Meziah seemed to get it while reading but understanding had not changed, never did goal at end of PDF of setting up project team, read feedback from Matt, e-mailed updates to Rob about interview data
Ellen: did interviews; Cindy could navigate without explicit instruction but was slightly frustrated; not sure if have people go through making a whole profile; worked on the PDF of Loft Overview
Deniz: tried to help with PDFs, updated Rob and was excited to learn about the difficulties, did a blueprint/timeline for our project
Joey: designed the slides for the first round of PDFs
Sarah: helped Joey on the PDFs, reviewed interview questions, looked over feedback on Sprint 1
What will you achieve between now and the next stand?
Lauren: send an e-mail
Ellen: paint a picture along with the PDF, tell a story for the goal-setting PDFs

Team Goal: Test an e-mail as a pitch and initial first steps of using Loft with at least one user from UC Davis

What specific progress have you made toward the goal since last stand?
Ava: screenshot of I wish/I will, sent to Sarah, looked over e-mail that Joey had made, problems: time potentially
Sarah: sent screenshot to Joey, coordinated all of the to-dos on workbench
Lauren: talked to Meziah, but not extremely insightful; she doesn't feel like she's the sole runner of the org, got e-mail, got example I wish/I will; do have permission to take over a studio meeting, water conservation group may be implementing so don't know how much help we can give them
Ellen: Meziah talks about design process as three/two phases, very structured based on quarter, hadn't used Loft but sometimes refers to it when she makes PPTs for studios, attempted to create project page on Loft for UC Davis
Joey: learned how to use MailChimp but the e-mail won't work like we thought it would
Deniz: ???
What will you achieve between now and the next stand?
Ellen: fix the UC Davis project page and potentially talk to Matt if it isn't working

Joey: spoke to Rob, didn't write up anything, Rob would like something sent to whole studio on bi-weekly Thursdays

Ava: Have plan for next week
Deniz: work on first deliverable of the on-boarding pitch, depending on what we need to do
