We need to reduce the number of students in test trial
What else has our team accomplished that we are proud of since last meeting?
Held our out of class meeting with our coach and completed our goals and assessments
Did you meet last meeting's goal(s)? What goal(s) did your team not meet?
Yes, we completed our goals and assessments
What is our team's specific and measurable goal by next meeting?
Completing our Impact Map and Blueprint
What are the major obstacles stopping us from achieving our goal by next meeting, and how will we resolve them?
Our group collectively agreeing on the scope of what we can realistically provide to the client within the time constraints of the class project.

Mini Retrospective:
What are we doing well?

We are all invested, interested and motivated
We have already tackled the client relationship building
We created a scope with the client

What can we do better?
We should set up outside of class time to meet. (11:00-12:30 on Mondays)
We need to establish a flow to what we're doing as a team

[IMPORTANT] There is a talk today by Ann Marie Thomas (http://annmarie-thomas.squarespace.com/) in the Ford ITW room (one floor up). She started this Maker Education Initiative (http://makered.org/) and other cool projects involving kids and making. I don't know how much she will talk about her maker work, but I talked to her and she said she would be happy to talk to you all through email if you had any questions related to your project. So this will be a good opportunity for you to introduce yourself in person!

Hi Everyone,

I figured I would introduce myself here. I've talked to some of you already, and looking forward to meeting the rest of the team! I'm really excited about this project, and spent some of my time over the summer visiting and learning about makerspaces in the Seattle area. I have some great readings for you all!

I'm a 4th year PhD student in mechanical engineering, and I took Matt's class 2(?) years ago? I loved it, and it really helped me with the project I was working on at the time. I hope you all get just as much out of it as I did.

Anyways, I will be commenting on Stands every week, and I think we're supposed to meet sometime to talk more about the project. Feel free to email or gchat me any time (I'm almost always online): j.s.hui13@gmail.com
