Mini-retrospective (4 weeks in a row);

Week1: 1) Agreed that we were doing well getting along as a team.

2) Didn't have anything that we felt like we could improve on. Decided to continue to try our best to work well with one another and speak-up if anything bothered someone.

Week 2: Agreed we did a good job in designing our prototype. Were also proud of the team's strong communication skills in presenting and being able to answer tough questions.

Felt we needed to do a better job with managing the scope of our project as it began to seem daunting.

Week 3: Agreed we continued to produce good work. Also agreed that we had a good system for keeping in contact with both our client and the professor. Impressed with our team's ability to pick up work if others were busy.

Felt we needed to sharpen up our impact map and service blue print. Planned to use the professors feedback, as well as setting up a time for us all to revise these challenges. Also felt that we needed to spread out the work more evenly over time rather than having long and intense periods of work.

Week 4:

Agreed that our presentation was strong and were happy with our ability to narrow our scope. This was mentioned in a prior retrospective, so we were also proud to have made improvements on areas where we were lacking. We also agreed that our final impact maps and blueprints were much better than before. We were very excited about our ability to finally grasp the impact map in the context of our client's needs.

Felt that we needed to communicate with professor to understand the numbers behind our grade better.
